The followings are some Cocktail recipes using Fen Chiew and Chu Yeh Chign Chiew to make: Red Sorghum Ingredients: small amount of salt and pepper, 5ml of lemon juice, 30 ml of Fen Chiew, 80 ml of tomato juice. How to make it: Make it in a cup. Add a couple of ice cubes in a hi-bo wine cup, then, in order, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, Fen Chiew; lastly, add the tomato into the cup and start to mix with a stirring rod, and it will be ready to drink. Alcohol level: 18% Characteristic: intense taste, an after meal favorite. Lover’s Paradise Ingredients: (for two people) 1 medium-size Elizabethan melon, 30 ml of orange juice, 30 ml of peach juice, 30 ml of Fen Chiew.
